ORBITECH AI Academy is a free educational platform serving 185 countries in 88 languages. Our mission is to provide quality education to every student on Earth, without barriers. We are operated by ORBITECH AI Academy, based in France.

When you click "Find my country", our server detects your approximate location using your IP address via a local GeoIP database (MaxMind GeoLite2). This happens entirely on our server. Your IP address is not stored, not logged, not transmitted to any third party. It is used for a single purpose: showing you your country's flag in the landing animation. That's it. Once the page loads, it's forgotten.
We use Cloudflare Analytics — a privacy-first analytics service that requires no cookies, no JavaScript, and no tracking. It provides anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics (number of visitors, countries, pages viewed) without identifying individual users. No DPA is needed because no personal data is processed.
We also monitor site performance and uptime via Cloudflare and Google Search Console (search performance only, no user tracking).
We display small, non-intrusive ads to keep the platform free. Ad providers may set their own cookies. We do not share any personal data with advertisers because we don't have any personal data to share.
We do not use artificial intelligence to profile, score, or analyze our visitors. There is no recommendation algorithm tracking your behavior. Every student sees the same content. No distinction, no discrimination, no personalization based on who you are.
Our platform is designed for students of all ages, including children. Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to protect. Children can use ORBITECH freely and safely. We comply with COPPA (US), GDPR (EU), and all applicable child protection regulations by simply not collecting data in the first place.
Our servers are located in Germany (EU), operated by Contabo GmbH. Content is served globally via Cloudflare CDN (300+ edge locations worldwide). Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing stored about you. Server access logs are minimal (error logs only) and do not contain personally identifiable information.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Since we don't collect any, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions, contact us anyway — we're happy to confirm that we have exactly zero data about you.
No third-party service receives personal data from our users because we don't collect any.
